The legal title for processing of the personal data is (pursuant to article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR): (i) performance of a contract with the data subject and (ii) fulfillment of controller’s legitimate interests. The purpose of the processing includes, in particular: negotiations regarding the business relationship, performance of the contract, listing and updating of the contracts kept in the controller’s system, exercising of claims and receivables from a contract, conducting marketing activities (only direct marketing) in regard to services and goods of the controller, monitoring of business partners’ and data subjects’ satisfaction, monitoring of service quality, increase of the service quality as well as identification of data subjects and communication.
Your personal data will not be transferred to another controller unless it is necessary for performance of the contract (such as transportation companies, customs proceedings, insurance companies etc.). The personal data can be also transferred to public authorities if legally requested under the law. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
The personal data may be processed for us by another processor based on a special contractual relationship. The personal data will be kept in a documentary form (which also includes electronic documents) and in the controller’s electronic database.
Your personal data will not be included in automatic decision-making or profiling. Your personal data will be kept for the time of duration of the contractual relationship + 10 years. In case the contract is not concluded, the personal data will be kept for 24 months following their obtaining.
The data subject is entitled to access his/her personal data in order to check them and make copies thereof. The data subject is also entitled to seek correction of his/her personal data, limitation of processing, raising of an objection, deletion after the end of processing. The data subject is entitled to file a formal complaint with the supervising body (the Czech Personal Data Protection Office) if the disposal with the personal data is in breach of the legal regulation.
